Das BAG hat laut einer Pressemitteilung entschieden, dass Ausschlussfristen in Arbeitsverträgen insgesamt (!) unwirksam sind, wenn sie Mindestlohnansprüche nicht ausnehmen. Derartige Fristen bewirken also nicht nur bei Mindestlohnansprüchen nichts, sondern auch bei darüber hinausgehenden Ansprüchen. Die Folgen für hunderttausende von Arbeitsverhältnissen sind erheblich.

Have you ever considered about including a little bit more than just your articles? I mean, what you say is important and all. However imagine if you added some great photos or videos to give your posts more, "pop"!
